In the letters below, Supreme Storyteller David L. Cheeseboro makes up a fairy tale to suit State Farm Insurance. Truth is the last thing "'bad neighbor" State Farm tells. State Farm is only "like" a good neighbor when it's time to collect their premiums. According to many policyholders and their own State Farm Agents (click here) and State Farm Lawyers (click here), State Farm is in business to defraud its customers !
Totally missing are the claims filed with Michael of the State Farm Claims Department on or about August 11, 2004!

When State Farm Insurance tried to get out of paying a homeowner's claim, they resorted to fraud and damaged their policyholder's good name with other insurance companies.
On the night of June 13, and through the morning hours of June 14, 1997, a heavy rain storm with high wind gusts hit my property. At one point, I was startled by a loud whooshing sound outside, a creaking sound from the attic, and a noise like a person running on the roof. The louvers on the exhaust fan on the west roof gable could also be heard opening and slamming shut. The sliding glass doors, which had never made a sound in other storms, also vibrated. These very high winds and blowing rain seemed to have lasted about a minute, but the rest of the storm continued for a long time. When I did stick my head outside that night, I was met with wind and rain blowing sideways right at me onto my covered porch.
The next morning we found water had poured into the house, and the tiles on the roof had come loose, with some flying off. One falling tile severed a copper line in the back of the air conditioner, another landed in the front of the house in pieces, just missing the cars. Water was dripping from several places inside the house. The yard was flooded, and islands of ants were floating on the surface, cling to high grass, and climbing trees and the South and East sided of the house, and heading right for the roof. This happened on a weekend, but when I called my agent the following week, I had to leave a message with a woman. When I finally told my story, I was told somewhere along the line, that because I mentioned "ants," my I could not file a claim.
I kept complaining and trying to file a claim, State Farm Insurance kept stalling and refusing, finally opening a claim, then backdating it a year when I contacted a Public Adjuster, and finally committing Mail Fraud, and Fraud by falsifying documents to State Of Florida authorities, as documented below:
State Farm commits MAIL FRAUD informing State Of Florida's Chief Financial Officer, Tom Gallagher, that policyholder's claim was due to "airplanes." and that policyholder told this to "them" (attorney David Bronstein).
State Farm FRAUDULENTLY lists the date of loss as 1996. Sorry, Cheeseboro. This has already gone to court, and testimony and affidavits have already been submitted proving the actual date of loss.
One more lie for the Cheeseboro R.I.C.O. Team Leader.

What was State Farm Insurance Company's motif for backdating a letter to August 18, 2004, that contained information from a deposition that took place on October 1, 2004?
Why would State Farm Insurance Company inform me that they were giving me an opportunity to file a claim, when they knew that the September 20 extension they had allegedly given me had already passed?
Why did State farm Insurance Company use the U.S. Mail, Wire, or electronic means to falsely tell State of Florida Chief Financial Officer TOM GALLAGHER that my claim was caused by airplanes? -- Too bad there was already a trial from 1997, complete with depositions, SORRY STATE FARM.
LIES, LIES, and more LIES by RICO Organization State Farm Insurance.
State Farm Insurance claims in this letter dated August 18, but postmarked October 1, and containing information from a deposition from the morning of October 1, 2004, that I had until September 20 to file a claim, BUT STATE FARM INSURANCE HAD ALREADY SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA, STATING THAT THEY HAD ALREADY DENIED THE CLAIM. (FRAUD by DAVID L. CHEESEBOROUGH)
TOO BAD THERE WAS ALREADY A COURT CASE WHERE ALL THIS INFORMATION HAD ALREADY BEEN MADE A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD YEARS EARLIER.
STATE FARM'S CHEESEBORO AND ATTORNEY BRONSTEIN DON'T MIND COMMITTING MAIL FRAUD IN THIS R.I.C.O. COMPANY SCHEME.
